Linde's 90-day Global Immersion Program enables select employees to expand their technical competencies in new geographic regions and in new businesses or functional areas. Since the program's launch in 2022, dozens of employees have participated in career-advancing opportunities in 16 countries broadening their knowledge bases, skills and networks and experiencing life-changing personal growth.
Our Strengthening the Pipeline Program pairs high-potential employees with an influential leader-sponsor to advocate for their career growth. Throughout the program, participants are exposed to various business-related topics and personal skills trainings that enhance their readiness for top-level positions while building lasting relationships with their sponsors.
The Executive Leadership Program (XLP) is a partnership between Linde and top global executive education provider Duke Corporate Education designed to help prepare future executives, from across the world, through experiential learning and professional development at Duke University.
We offer students several opportunities to gain insights into a leading global company, depending on the region they're in. A few examples are internships, the Trainee Program @ Linde Engineering, the Asia Pacific Future Leaders Program, and the Linde Gases U.S. Rotational Programs.
