Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that facilitate connections between peers and build supportive communities.

The Role of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

ERGs foster a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with the organizational goals, business strategies and objectives. Above all, they provide a peer-to-peer community for discussing, supporting and celebrating common interests. In 2023, the number of employee-led ERGs at Linde grew to 18 with more planned to launch.

Networks Across our Regions

Linde's local ERGs fall under the following networks:

Pride Network

We are proud of our Pride network. ERGS focusing on equality and inclusivity of LGBTQ+ colleagues.

Gender Network

This network focuses on creating a community that supports growth development, and community for all genders.

Disability Network

These ERGs represent the interests of disabled employees and those with disabled children and family.

Wellness Network

There are many facets of wellness. This network explores the different types to create a more mindful work-life environment.

Diversity Network

This network encompasses ERGs that focus on all different facets of diversity.

Veterans Network

At Linde, we are thankful for their sacrifice. This network focuses on providing support, appreciation and development of employees who are veterans.

Early Careers Network

Focusing on early career professionals, these ERGs provide a chance to learn, network and grow to be future leaders.

Racial Diversity Network

This network focuses on ethnic diversity to celebrate different cultures and how it may impact the workplace.

Parenting & Caregiver Network

Juggling a career while caring for your family can be hard, which is why this network focuses on employees with dependents.
